Viktoria Karsai	Viktoria is the owner of Scarlet Lounge and has been in the hair industry for 10 years, opening her first business at the age of 24. She has strived to continue her education and encourages other stylists to do so as well, so they can stay current and advance themselves in the hair industry. Specializing in GOLDWELL corrective and advanced hair colour, Viktoria continues to expand her skills at the GOLDWELL Academy. She encourages change for her clients, especially with new colour schemes and techniques. Viktoria's past experience has included working with Aveda Colour at an Aveda Salon. One of her passions is giving back to the community. Viktoria has hosted and sponsored numerous functions at Scarlet Lounge and donated proceeds to Locks for Love, Eva's Wigs, Collingwood School and BC Children's Hospital "I believe it is important to give back to the community with our skills and to those we can help, who are less fortunate or are in need".
Mali Kheradmh	Mali has been working in the beauty industry for over 20 years, much of that on the North Shore. She is a trained colourist technician with GOLDWELL Hair Colour and ELUMEN fashion shades. Mali also specializes in precision hair-cutting and makeup artistry. Her extensive experience with hair styling for weddings and graduations is evident in her exacting work. While Mali worked in California her local clients greatly missed her, especially her attention to detail, her wonderful head massages and, oh yes, her amazing coffees! She's back working on the North Shore and is available for consultation with new clients.
Antionieta Rapaz	Born in Portugal and raised on the North Shore, Antonieta graduated from the Blanche MacDonal lnsitute in 1993. She is an experienced esthetician , working in Vancouver and as far afield as Queen Charlotte Island, and is happy to be back on the North Shore. She is also experienced in Reiki massage and reflexology.
Laurie Brown	Laurie has been in the beauty industry for 27 years. Her credits include advanced and corrective colour techniques, makeup artistry and Japanese hair straightening techniques. Most recently Laurie has been trained in permanent makeup and Danne skin revision.
